ICC announces revision of arbitration costs
The scales used to calculate administrative expenses and arbitrators’ fees in ICC arbitration cases will be amended from 1 May 2010. Calculations will continue to be based on the amount in dispute but will be subject to new percentages and a finer breakdown at the higher end of the scale. An advance payment of US$ 3,000 will be required when filing a request for arbitration. |
