ICC publishes guidance on supply chain responsibility
Paris, 23 October 2007  To help companies extend their commitment to responsible business conduct to their global supply chains, ICC published a paper today that outlined a set of practical recommendations for integrating social and environmental considerations into a company’s regular purchasing practices and overall business model.

ICC publishes views on role of UN in promoting corporate responsibility
Paris 29 June 2007  ICC outlined its views on the role of the UN in promoting corporate social responsibility in a statement released today by its Commission on Business in Society on the occasion of the forthcoming Global Compact Leaders Summit, to be held on 5-6 July at the UN in Geneva.

UN Special Representative Ruggie addresses business audience
Paris, 27 April 2007  Professor John Ruggie, the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General on the issue of human rights and transnational corporations and other business enterprises, today presented his second report entitled Business and human rights: mapping international standards of responsibility and accountability for corporate acts to the spring meeting of the ICC Commission on Business in Society.
