ICC World Chambers Federation (WCF) is an official partner of the World Aids Campaign. AIDS has a major impact on the workplace and subsequently on economic development. Part of the campaign for UNAIDS has been to work with a wide range of companies in the fight against the epidemic. WCF's involvement in this campaign, through its chamber members, helps this cause by disseminating the campaign message to the business community. In many countries, chambers are already actively involved in developing and delivering Aids in the Workplace programmes. WCF members regularly receive materials concerning the World Aids Campaign. UNAIDS have extended an open invitation for chambers to work more closely with UNAIDS country offices on any local initiatives that they may be involved in.
